Title: Wheat Free Pie Crust
Categories: Lowgluten
Yield: 1 Pie crust

1cAM Barley Flour OR- other flour
1/4cOil; preferably cold
3tbCold water

Mix all ingredients well. Press into pie plate with fingers. Prick with fork. For precooked crust, bake at 350 F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
